Average Support Wait time

Does anyone know usually how long it takes for support to respond back? I already have been waiting 2 days, and nothing. As time goes on, I don't think they can recover a deleted character after a week. Are they that busy?

They're usually pretty fast,

I have a feeling that support is gonna come pretty fast now.

Support team is expensive
