Quest: If I should die

I believe this quest is bugged because it doesn't not become available even when all the other story is completed and it is not given in the dead city. Please have a look at this quest because 3 of my brothers are having trouble completing this quest

You have to complete Benedikt's quests in Traveler's Outpost before Sorina will offer If I should Die.
