When i turned to 51 i stumbled upon a build that gave me 36 crit when no buff and 56 when buffed if you want i will post my equipment. This is a warrior, i only get 56 crit with rage. I even beat up a 52 and 47 at the same time both mage rushers with mana shields!

nice but keep in mind i am lvl 51 not 56
If you also notice he is only wearing lvl 55 gear, which gives same crit stats as lvl 51 gear. He may have 1 crit more than you because of th extra points in dex but that doesn't cover the 17 point gap expressed in the picQuote:
