You can restart whenever yes, as long as you did the quest to unlock Hc mode, and have an open character slot.
Yea ik, but if my hc char dies is that slot locked and i cant delete char i can just revive it and i need new slot to start over?Quote:

You can delete the char and reuse like a normal one. There is also a hardcore thread where everything is explained in announcements.Quote:
