Found him this week in Ancient Mariner Reef, spawned after boss. Wait a few seconds after you kill the boss, I almost missed him cause I was remapping too quickly.

He only spawns in Normal mode and after you kill the boss.
First 2 are correct, and only in those 2 normal map, doesn't spawn in ValheimQuote:
