6-7-8 also 11-12-13 but the gear is expensive.

Real active levels are 63 and 71.(semi balanced)
Level 46-52 pvp players are quitting( not much activity)
Level 6-14 pvp(pvp maps empty)(but a lot of pro players) rogues are unbeatable not to mention you can’t kill anything(unless you’re a rogue than come on over, gear prices range from 12-40m for a pvp SET*all classes*).
And 33-43 is dead with hardly any activity.
Not sure about a few other levels.
