Cinco, many old players are coming back because of the 3 pc being put back into l71 but one problem. The elites are what’s keeping the twinks from fully coming back to 25-27+ imo, a nerf in damage (little more than the l1s dmg) or only making equippable in pve/towne. That’s the only problem with pvp and keep up the good work cinco. Taking the 3 pc rings out were a must and hopefully to put the cherry on top.. Elites!
