New tainted proc aint bad. But i think the proc rate pretty low. Chance to proc should be higher or it should be changed to proc if in area around the player unit dies instead of on wearer kill.
What do you think guys? Does new tainted set proc need tuning or not? I would appreciate your opinion.
I agree. Chance is extremely low just needs fine tuning that's all.
Its about rarity, sure its rate lower than mytic and arcane
