I think all HB %damage are non-stacking multipliers, so probably not.

I think it shows that its stacking. The only one than doesn't stack is the Klaas elixirs.

Electra's HB %damage is a multiplier as well, so doesn't stack - either you're talking about an elixir that stacks with any of them, or you're mistaken.

It does, because 25% is dmg lix from video and it stacks with any pet in game.
The one from crates is 30% dmg, and only stacks with cottonkill/oswald versions.
So yes, OP was asking about 25% dmg lix but this is nothing new, like i said before all elixirs from video stack

The free ad elixir stacks with any pet hb. Not the regular elixir
