76 arcane belt proc

I've tested the rogue 76 arcane belt and I can't see any proc while using it in mogera dungeon. Proc visual is non existent and also the buff icon. Anyone have a screen shot of only the lvl 76 arcane belt proc or buff icon? Is the belt properly working for others?

its a big circle just like the lvl 76 artifact and ring. just pay close attention its there.
