a problem, i can't connect to servers

hi,i am new and i dont know what to do when this problem happend,i tried to login 3 times and its the same problem happening:

Maybe there is an update try logging on later or if its not then might me the connection

are you playing on pc or phone? if it is on pc then there is probably a problem with a proxy ...

Thnx sam this is a great link helped me a great deal when i was having problems with connecting via my pc.. if does not work for you yuval i would pm sam or one of the devs directly like futumsh he was great in helping me :)
