Make his shield drop only when all players are in close proximity, along with adding a speed buff to all when boss spawns (like we saw in previous events). Someone or the other always misses the boss. Or increase the radius so that one can get the loot no matter how far they are.

And the 60 seconds afk boot would be a great addition for those who afk for the entire run till boss spawns
