Stealing Money?

Ok im not sure were to post this so please move as i feel its in the innapropriate spot! Sorry !

Im not sure were to report players for innapropriate conduct, but a player by the name of matruxx stole 30,000 gold from me an hour ago.

What i mean by steal is, i was respeccing to 142 int for pvp so i could go rest in dex, but i didnt have to gear so i borrowed it from a buddy just to distribute my stats correctly. To make sure i wouldnt steal it, i vouched him 30k. Was pvping, and accidentally took off my staff. This inturn took off all my gear lol cuz of insufficient INT, Matruxx who i thought was (some mage that strts with an M) joined my pvp game and i said hey need to borrow ur gear again, put 30,000 in trade, and then boom he said thx, and logged off.

I understand this is more or less my fault, but if anything can be done please help!
