Guide to The Last Valley Event

Well,it says "guide" but all i wanna do is asking so other players can answer here.My question is why the boss always drop legendary weapon and my luck reroll(using magnate atm) didnt works?What is yhe mechanism?Explain and elaborate yoir points.(5 Marks)

i tried experimenting 10 runs using no luck% and still get legend equipment.So i guess luck wont work in this event.Tge question is,theres no lepre goblin?

Yes legend equipment is guaranteed, & no lepre goblin. Cinco already said that.
