I reserved name on a character then I deleted and remade character with same name. It's giving me the option to reserve the same name again. Is my name still reserved since I deleted the origanal character?

Yes,your previous character name u reserved before u deleted the character used to reserve it is still reserved till you contact support to rename the reserved character.
