I'm not sure if this happens to other people but I just want to share this.
In the Hive near the end I died just as the group destroyed the queen and everything else. The Return To Base button shows up and an engineer revives me. Unfortunately the Return To Base button was in the way so I entered my inventory, got out, and clicked the accept revive. Then I freeze briefly before disconnecting. I'll try and do it again. This has happened more than once to me.
