I currently have the platinum tier in three of my characters, and I have noticed that in none of the characters have I received the Jewel Chest as a Platinum award. Please have a look at this.

I currently have the platinum tier in three of my characters, and I have noticed that in none of the characters have I received the Jewel Chest as a Platinum award. Please have a look at this.
Also in crafting normerite helm I crafted two already but still cannot turn in

Upon reaching platinum tier, the jewel chest instantly opens. You get a jewel, not a chest. It is also written in the Jewel Chest description.Quote:
