My convos go something like this with beggars:

Beggar: gimmie some credits

Me: no

B: plz I got hacked and scammed and robbed and I need to buy stuff.

M: So?

B: meanie

M: yes. Excuse me while I find something to do with all of these extra credits I have just laying around.

Here's what i usually do when i "encounter" a beggar.

1. Beggar: Pls gimme creds

2. Hunter: Ok trade

3. *Shows beggar a mil or something like that.

4. *Leaves trade window.

5. *Mutes Beggar

6. Enjoy seeing him/her following me around XD
