The proc of these weapons is not noticeable at all! Its suppose to lower Damage and Armor for 75% which means mobs should take more damage but that's not the case as of now.

yeah, even with the orc pet, still useless in elite zodias, rusk myths is still better, vorlish sux.
The armor reduction is working as intended.
