Stat driven skills

I don't see a diffrwnce in my ursan other than that wx runiing has been stoped yea

All of the ursan damage-dealing skills are now a bit more powerful when you add Str. Restore gains power when you increase Str and when you increase Int. Other than that nothing has changed.

I notice that my twink level 19 paladin is doing just fine in PvE. I am going to respec, so I will pay close attention, but in actual play, I don't feel a sense of weakening. I hope it is working out for the PvPers.
