Considering that they are more popular now that there are more lv82+ gears, I think its time to be able to craft corrupted jewels with 3 flawless jewels and maybe a conversion recipe bought from the Elder Wood vendor.

There are plans to eventually be able to craft Corrupted jewels, but we don't have any other details at this time.
