Chakram speed

ever since this update, I've noticed with close to max haste I can throw the chakram at insane speed without stopping, but now it seems like its back to the previous version where it sometimes doesn't throw or the rogue pauses a bit.

I'll check it out, thanks. Which chakram are you seeing this with?

Snowstorm chakram

so I checked it out with other chakram, only snowstorm have that problem of stoppinq for a bit

This should be fixed in the next server update.
