15 skill achievement does not reflect

my sorcerer character reached 15 skill points but the achievement does not reflect it. bug
character name: chitgoks

that also happened to me when i spent my 15th skill. I just re-login and i got the achievement

i tried to relog and i still didnt get it....ign grimmreaper
