lower hauntlet

So I have done all elite maps and ran hauntlet. Many times but how do inferior to the lower hauntlet and has any one ran it yet

As far as I know the lower hauntlet isn't added to the game yet.

Don't you have to beat the upper Hauntlet in less than a minute or something to earn access to it? I thought I read the requirement for it somewhere...
