By doing elite dungeons
That^^, but also from Elite Chests that you get from Elite Mode.
Best way and place to farm is by defeating Jarl in Blackenridge Village [Elite]. Once you get there,you would not run out of party members. Goodluck man ;)

Agile are bes for rogue
Clever bes for mages
Mighty bes for warriors.
