You get the second (#213) quest after finishing the first (#212)

1) from any town crier , the bird with a red cap , for example in Forest Haven > Dash R.

2) Rescue 907 - in Winter Village

3) killing toyman and saving Father Frost - in Toy Factory

ah, thanks. so you have to pay plat to even get the quest, which is why i didnt see it.

The town crier quest doesn't take plat :)

Correct . You have to pay 2 plat for an access elixir (4:40h) for the Winter Fest. Fact , it only disappears if you kill the boss so you're able to run with anywhere you want until the deathline is over.

You can get 2 platinum easily from Trial pay deals.
