bow = Bird
Dagger/duel sword = Fox
Axe/mace = Rhino
staff = mage
wand = ??? (maybe rhino and mage combine, lol)

You can actually use all and combine different types or battle stlyes depends on what will suit your taste of gaming :) We got the freedom to choose. And that's one essence of playing this game.

Dagger/Dual: Bird / Fox
Axe/Mace: Bear / Rhino
Staff: Mage / (possibly Rhino)
Wand: Mage / (possibly Rhino)
(Rhino has more mana than health like the mage, so it might work well with Int gear)
