How many GB is needed for Star Legends to Run?

I planning on a phone plan but my friend had a plan that could play Star Legends. We havent been in contact but I would like to get a plan similiar to his. Anyone know the GB needed? (I had 300 - 1000 ping usually. Sometimes it went to 20k and spiked and sometimes it went to 100)

I didnt understand that all but connection speed actually doesn't matter much. I can get 300-400 ping with 2G and 3G gives about 200 from Finland. Ping ia good when you have good connection. Not if your connection is fast but really laggy.
