Another bug : Time shift root

Hello again!

I assume the time shift rooting power doesn't work anymore..

Players walk through it without having their speed reduced as it was doing before.. Is it normal?? :(

Please fix this, it is really annoying :(

As stated in the other threads on this subject, it will be fixed in the next update.
