so noone has ever used CTA ? bah, I need to know or ima have to go and unlock it myself

Maybe cuz the description on the skill is already straight forward. Anyways it lets a party member or ally get all the buffs you get from rally cry. They get 25dodge movespeed etc.
Yeah I got that now after checking, I wasn't sure if you got any hidden buffs.
Nope, all party gets same buffs. Great skill, using myself.
