There seems to be no lvl 21 blazing veil of potency if this is a bug I would want a refund and then go for it again. I did get blazing veil of potency lvl 20 though just wondering!

Some levels have different names than others, my level 21 is the Burning Buckler of Potency. The other level 21 is the Burning Buckler of Will.
