What do I lvl .. I need the best skills for lvl 21 to play elite etc..
This is my build, mostly PvE i think. This propably isn't the best, but works pretty well for me (both regular/elite):
For passives 2/5 crit, 5/5dex. Statpointvise, I tend to put 1str and 4dex each lvl, or sometimes go all dex.
For actives 3/5 combat medic, 3/5 shadow veil, 4/5 razor shield and 5/5 aimed shot.
