For those having problems playing on chrome due to being unable to install i have found the solution that has worked for me now on several computers both linux and windows.
Enable both:
Override software rendering list
Native Client
The only issues i have ran into is depending on the age and speed of your computer there could be some lag and or graphics cliping, but for the most part entirely playable unless your computer is heavily outdated.
