Platinum purchase error

I want to buy the $ 9.99 Platinum but it only keeps saying " Your payment could not be process at this time blah blah blah... "

Pls work on this ....

I forgot to tell that i tried to buy plat before using my credit card it works but now i want to buy again, im just stuck on that useless error message

I try to place an order on the Platinum. i use google wallet to purchase it after i submitted all info it says "change payment type"

what should i do?
