Mythic Helm or Mythic Armor achievement

Uhm i dont know if this question was post already .. but im just curious that IF i buy a mythic helm or a mythic armor that will come on next expansion in AH do i get the mythic Achievement or not?. Or I must be the one looted it or get it from Chest?

Or simply buy the Mythic pet from the stable, it'll grant you the achievement and banner straight away.

xD yeah thats the most easier part but.. i dont use plat . im enjoying this game as free 2 play :P
