Where can i find Blacksmiths and crafting items.

I have gotten into crafting in PL and can not find a blacksmith past the Dark Forest or items like recipes or plate scraps, (saving up for guild charter so I'm not in a position to spend money). I am level 39, where do I find these items/npc's?

Next one is in balefort sewers :/

Also at all Townes almost there is a blacksmoth hiding around like in forest haven, Nuri, and few others

All blacksmiths:

Farrow the Forger = The Balefort Sewers – Muck Hovel [ Med level crafts ]
Nuri's personal Blacksmith = Nuri's Hallows [ High level crafts ]
The Dark Blacksmith = Blacksmoke and Fang Mounts [High level crafts]

I hope that's all :D
