I would like to buy plat from the store

I went to the plat store to get some plat for Arcane Legends. This functionality was there when I bought plat for AL last November. When I went to the plat store, however, I could only get plat for PL, SL, or DL. I was going to do it last week but it was down, so I decided to wait till this weekend. Obviously, I couldn't.

Is this a temporary mistake? Is this a permanent situation? Must I truly buy plat via middlemen who charge an extra 30%? I am under the belief that Google Wallet only takes 10%. I want the maximum effect for my plat purchasing, and that means I want as much of the money to go to Spacetime, not to a middleman.

Idk, but doesn't the way its stated it makes it seem like its done on purpose?
