This goes back to the original argument that rogues get two primary stat increases where other classes only get one. I once saw somebody suggest that either crit or dodge should be given by Dex and the other is given to all classes through str, Dex or int.
zomg, even PL dodge doesn't get that high! At least not yet...
The stats on the dodge screenie look iffy, but I'd take that one over crit just to make people mad in pvp lol.
See.... the problem with this is Love still has a 6.03% chance at getting hit. What you need to shoot for is something like this.

With better gear and Konga, you should average 40% base dodge, and mid 80% dodge with 2 pet buffs.
the 94-100%+ comes from:
Razor Shields (+20%, 8s)
Malison Spec (+15%, 8s Party)
Konga Spec (+10%, 8s Party)
& junky gear that gives dodge
So technically if you're in a party with people using kongas/mallys it's a pretty effective build and can boost your parties survivability by quite a bit.
