Problem with offers

Im playin this game since sts relesed it and im havin same problem from start. I cant see any offer for motnths and its anjoying since i can recpet talents or do anything.
Using Huawei ideos s7 slim 2.2 froyo
Contacted sts suport few months ago and ansver was "contact w3i suport" so i did that and answer from W3i was "contact sts suport,we cant help"

same problem here!
i hope sts fix it. i need this plat offers.

Im w8ing this fix since lvl cap was 16lvl...im not hoping to much :S
