Proc: Chance on attack to activate "Fire Magic."

Normal attacks against enemies in the plasma sphere cause an explosion in the sphere, damaging all enemies within the sphere's area of effect.
There is an additional proc: Passive skill: Every 1 sec. the caster is healed by 5% HP and MP and cleared of negative effects.
The Plasma Orb lasts for 5 seconds.

Proc: Chance on attack to activate the "Magma Command" proc
"Magma Command" - normal attacks impose a magmatic effect on 3 enemies, which reduces damage absorption and attack reload speed by 10% with each subsequent normal attack stacking up to 5 times.
While the proc is active, if the chance of a critical strike is triggered, the caster deals 5x critical damage with attacks/skills. Insightful Passive Proc: All buffs from "Vengeful Blood" are increased by 2x and stack with other buffs.

Proc: Chance to activate the "Magmatic Activity" proc when attacking.
"Magmatic Activity" - an active volcano zone is created around the caster, lava geysers burst out of the ground on enemies in the affected area, which cause instant damage and cause burning, which gradually deals damage equal to the caster's damage. Lava geysers create lava pools that deal additional damage every 0.3s, the lava pool disappears 3 seconds after spawning.

Neon heavy sword
Proc: On a charged attack, activates the "Neon Cyber Empowerment" proc.
Increases caster damage, str, dex, int, Max HP, Max Mana, crit chance, damage reduced, armor, move speed, attack speed by 3x(150%), boss damage 100%, elite damage 200%, crit damage 3x, skill recharge speed is increased by 50% and increases the duration of all ultimate skills by an additional 10 seconds.

Neon sword and Shield
Proc:On a charged attack, activates the "Neon Protection" proc.
