You should read all changes that has been done since dodge nerf, then you'll have an idea what's going on, I've no intention to keep wasting my time on it, sorry, also guessing you didn't play/couldn't follow up properly during these changes or just trying to voice for opness.
Then experience the PvP for some time then come up with well thought full statements ;)
