If I understood it correctly, you would have a maximum of 27 times to enter the map using the non-plat pass. Three passes will come from free daily passes, and 24 for all hourly quest assuming you will actually do it.
This sounds super exciting. Potentially 27 free entries per day. Haha let the aura competition begin!
In theory yes, if you do the hourly quests fast enough you would be able to get 24 (27 total with daily) of the Ruined Tokens. But to clarify the hour cooldown of the quest does not start until the quest is completed. So you would complete the hourly quest then you would have to wait an hour before the quest becomes available again.
Also want to mention that 1 token grants you entry to the Forgotten Ruins so that is a possible total of 27 free entrys a day. Granted you would have to play non stop for 24 hours.

Currently busy working to make sure the content is ready for tomorrow. Technically I did take the pictures and wrote out the walkthrough, but he help clean it up.
The daily quests aren't exactly hard but arent super easy either, definitely benefits to do the hourly along with them. Also you aren't really competing against plat players, more like working with them to get the runes and artifacts. Both Runes and Artifacts are tradeable.
Both the daily quests and hourly quests are done outside around the areas of Arlor. The quests allow for the players to access the Forgotten Ruins for free. If you don't wish to do either quest then you can enter the Forgotten Ruins by paying plat.
If the enemies are very healthy the warrios will suffer to kill. If they have much damage, the rogues will not be able to survive there.
Will the difficulty be modified by class? Warriors have problems in fighting enemies with high health. And rogue can not survive alone with enemies who have high damage.

So the runes and artifacts are tradable, got it. But can you allow players to buy the entrance tokens for the 25 plat and then make them tradable in CS so gold players can get the same advantage as plat players.

This artifact thing seems like a good addition to the game. But ofc, plat users will be the first to taste its power. The daily quests are also good for non plat players like me, though it needs little more time and effort. Thank again G for adding something new to this game. You definitely do not run out of ideas. (well, i hope you won't. :biggrin:) Back to farming mode again. Good luck to all.

I just read this post, and here are my thoughts:
1) I really really like that this map is solo. To be honest, I've grown tired of the leeches who enter Southern Gates with 9k heath, 400 damage and a high gold loot set, and then follow the group along as the other players do the killing while they get big loot. Time to carry your own weight. If you don't cause enough damage, maybe time for a respec. If you don't have enough health and armor, maybe time for a respec. No rule says you have to spec for the highest possible damage or highest possible health/armor. Maybe somewhere in the middle is the sweet spot.
2) I'm guessing these hourly quests are going to take more than a minute or two to complete. So most likely there won't be any benefit of doing this on multiple characters except for the daily quest that gives 3 tokens.
3) I like that there is something for all levels here. I intend to try this out with my level 10 sorcerer. Even if at best I can only equip the lowest level artifact, I can sure farm them to sell or transfer them to my level 61.
4) I know it's tempting STS, but please..... Please do NOT introduce awakening for these artifacts!!! I can just see hints of that coming in the weeks ahead.....
5) I guess we will have to see how rare these artifacts are, but no matter what they end up going for on the open market, I have a hard time thinking it is going to be worth it to spend 25 plat to enter this dungeon when you can buy 5 elite awakening gems for the same amount of plat and sell them for almost 100k. Even if they end up being worth many hundreds of thousands of gold, that just means they will be harder to loot, so one trip into the dungeon doesn't guarantee anything. So that leads to this question:
If you pay plat to enter the dungeon, do you have a higher chance of looting an artifact?
