As described in op, we will need an elix to awaken our weapon, how long does this weapon elix last? Are the enhancements permanent? Or do they need to be replaced after the elix has worn off?

By default, I love game options that add more dimension to items in terms of stats. However, I urge caution to all parties, players and devs alike. This system is an in-game slot machine, which is why no slot can 'kept' or re-rolled individually. The "jackpot" of the most powerful/useful stats will be almost infinitely rare and I hope players in search of the "perfect" stats will take this into account. There are kids playing AL and I worry that young minds are often more susceptible to gambling addiction.
Looks exciting! But I've always been awful at gambling (chests, luck elixirs, merching... XD)

I'm not the best at math, but here should be the odds:
There's 132 total possible enchantments. Say you want 4 different ones in your arcane weapon... It would be (I think) 4/132 x 3/132 x 2/132 x 1/132 = 24/303595776 = 7.9x10^(-8) = 0.0000079% lol please tell me I'm wrong
(That's only if the chance to get a bad enchant is the same as that of a good enchant. Idk if it is)
Even lower if you want 4 of the same enchantment, or 2/2, or 3/1
Lately the design team has been coming up with lots of fresh ideas. This system seems interesting, cant wait to try it. Thank you dev team, you're all doing great. <3
I know your intentions are good, but locked crates and chests are just as much as a gamble as this system. They each cost gold or plat (real money) to open or aquire, you get random items each time you open, and you can get terrible results or if lucky amazing results in the end.
And since you usually get nothing good, it motivates you to open another one hoping for that big win, thus it becomes a gamble/gambling.
Yeah, AL has become even more casino like lately. It was inevitable and maybe even necessary. My biggest complaint is that Item Awakening is unsatisfying for players like myself because I don't really have control over what stats I get unless I spend zillions on elixirs (tokens). But then again, I'm always one lever pull away from really sucky stats. There's no cumulative benefit. At least with grand gems you knew you'd eventually get what you wanted. This system will take it away.
It's hard to get excited over Item Awakening. I'd be way more excited if I could lock the slot. STS you gotta give players freedom to choose if you want us to be excited about this stuff. Freedom = excitement = profit... and its antithesis.

What is the difference between this?
+10 to all stats (STR, DEX, INT)
+3% to all stats (STR, DEX, INT)

4 Damage

and.... this
+100% Bonus Gold
so, If I win 200 gold I will receive 400 gold? The bonus gold will apply of gold from chest too?
+10 extra points to your stat.
+3% means if you have 100 dex and 3% of 100 is 3 then your dex will be boosted by 3 points.
If your damage is 100 and you get 1% damage buff from this awaken gem your damage will be 101
4 damage means extra 4 damage points are added to your current damage
100% gold means if you drop in map 20 gold from mob you'll recieve 40 instead.
