I sent them a request about 5 days but they dont answer to me and its be cause i lost my account . they have to help me very fast cause someone stole my account .... if any of u can help me plz add this guy : Northxmage and tell him to give my account back . My characterr name was : Ueecrafitie and he was a mage L57 but this lvl 38 guy stole my account for 5 days .... Helpppppppp or im gonna die
And, how did he get your account info? Never give away any of your account info to any body, not even your closest friend!

I'm here to help you. Listen: you need to speak to support. They will answer next week and will sort out your problem. The team has been out of the office for thanksgiving since Tuesday, I've been trying to get in touch too and got that message starting Tue.
