That's becoming so annoying when the ping can't be more better than yellow ping, I've tried numerous data service and still the ping won't change.
My current connection could reach 7-10MB/sec when I download file, what is wrong with this? Is that not enough fast?
What type is your internet connection?

Mines 250mbps and i still have ping spikes every day I don't think it has to do with internet

Alot depends on location, ping is the amount of time it takes your signal to reach the sever measured in ms (measuring your latency/delay in response). Overseas from the server you may need a faster connection to have green ping. If you live in the USA on the east side with a good connection you should see under 100 ping. Western usa you'll see over 100 unless your on fiber but still rare to see under 100. I got 150-170 on a good idle with 50mb/s wifi in Washington state.
Go to STS HQ And you'll get below 50ping in 2g connection , it's the distance which makes your ping high.

im on Singtel Fiber, the ping is generally ok, got some spikes recently but its on green ping most of the time.. if you tried the higher end plans and still dont work out, i think i saw a gaming fiber service provider in Marina square or somewhere near there, couldnt really remember whats the name called tho.. you might wanna try googling on it. If it still doesnt work, just immigrate to USA, lousy service provider there = or > OP Fiber here

My case:played game first time when cap was 21...
Ping always was 80-120 never over 150 ...
In that time I had 5mb/s
Now a lot of animations inserted in game, and with 50mb/s Internet never had less than 120 ping, and spikes over 400 sometimes
Moving to another country because of game is too much, I have a job to do in here. Maybe during vacation is still possible but only temporary.Quote:

After getting a good internet connection, ping and visual lag are dependent upon your distance from game server I.e. country to country distance and visual lag depending on ur device hardware..
It's very easy to get green ping by us players and not easy for Asian players.
I don't know much about ping. Which one should be good and appropriate?
