Okay, so I own the Elo Gun and I'd like to know is ker'sh is any better at elites.
I don't do timed runs or anything. Mostly Elites and Km3.

I'd say the kershal is better for grouped mobs since its AoE - so I'd suggest using it for tombs and elites. For PvP however, the gun is your best bet.
Kershal for pve for attacking many people and charges attack hits many people
elo gun for pvp well it just op
for both elo gun
In hard elite tindirin, the mythic gun is way better than the kershal. You can root the mobs from far, like comodo dragons and snakes. Sorcerer is a ranged class with low armor, so better stay at back.

Its really good, eg, in rockhorn, where a lot group of comodos in the middle, i start rooting them with clock, then shoot them with gun+skills from far and if lucky, then they got rooted when my clock disappear and on cooldown, so can root them again with clock.Quote:

Elo gun is superior in my opinion.
Not only is the shield proc easy to execute, but the root proc makes runs go so much faster! It seems whenever I'm attacking a rooted mob, most (if not all) of my attacks end up critting! That alone makes the gun the best sorc weapon in parties.
The AoE on Kershal is nice, but the charge time is so slow! Granted, the higher damage is pretty sweet and when you drop a clock when someone uses a Gyrm AA, the damage is really impressive, but it's all about the root proc for me, so the gun gets the my nod.
Actually skill damage is higher on the gun. That alone would make me pick it.
Any ideas about in km3? Gun vs. Staff there

Would probably be gun either way. You one hit mobs with Fireball/Gale/whatever you use anyway, and gun's skill damage would be more useful taking down 3 bosses. On the other hand, in longer tombs like KT4 or WT4, I'd go with the KershQuote:
