Level 40 commando skill build help

Hi everyone it's uwantaides here and I need some help Bout a commandos skill build at level 40. I never really cared about skill builds and used whatever I felt like but I want to change that. I want a skill build that would help with my play style. I have a play style of being first in a group and soloing or two teaming games. I don't pvp(die too much) so if If I can get a build that will help with the first two that is more important, but would also like to try to pvp. I have almost full custom set(missing two pieces) well that's all I can think of about me. Any help would be very much appreciated! Oh and if you can, can you say why thus such skill is important( if you don't want to you don't have to) thanks again for all who help! =) may the force be with you!

Now pvp and pve require two different builds, since you have asked for a pve build , I shall give you some points.As a com your role is to take control of agro from mobs. To do this taunts and AoE skills are needed.

I would max out these skills.
Increase mass ( the 300 armour bonus is nice )
Gravity well ( important to draw mobs in to you )
Backbreaker ( important for combo , neutron stomp + backbreaker=combo
+ taunt )
Graviton slam ( don't need to have this skill but it's pretty good )
Singularity ( don't need to have this at max but good for the pushback )


Kinetic reservoir and vigor are optional based on if you have money to spend on stims or not.

If you max out those that's 30 skill points down. What would I do with other 9 I have Kano?(:

Good for PvE? I max Mass also :)

Max singularity force hammer kinetic resovoir increase mass vigor and growing rage and spend the rest on back breaker combo

o.O i would never max singularity becuz its useless after 4points. so leave it at 4. then graity and increase mass and rage get maxed. backbreaker is optional becuz if u solo u want ranged attacks. vigor definitely max. Stimpacks should be for 911 emergencies -.- so many opinions on builds but i prefer this one for tanking. then use ur leftover points for stomp. and PvP? ik u ddnt ask but heres a PvE PvP build i use. works real well against commandos and ops.hehe
