New event instance is broke!!!! Xmas 2016

The whole instance is bugged and nobody can play! Please fix it!!!! :,(

Ed Neezer locked the doors to the TCS Benevolence. We can't get in so I wish Blackstar the best of luck, lets hope the event organizer can hold a blaster.
