its passive spreads so if it spreads from A to B
its going to spread from B to A , making this huge circle of dot that doesnt deal much damage but can last forever i guess , but since it keeps cycling its refreshing the reduce move speed aspect of it as soon as it starts.i think thats the problem

Heres my opinion:
First breeze was op because freeze can go through jug razor and nekro(which gives u movement impairment immunity), so everybody then uses breeze as base pet and work their butts off in leveling up the said pet. Last patch they fixed the bug. And now there's BLINKY which slow's goes through jug razor and nekro now im expecting pvp player working out on their blinky leveling it up. Then after a while sts will fix it then bam! Another bugged pet will arise and change the pvp meta, yes the meta.... The ever changing meta, the hassle.. pls fix this devs asap :D tia
