Is there a keyboard shortcut for skill change?

1,2,3,4 numbers for skill in ur chosen order and 5 is for pet aa

I think he wants to ask if u can change skill as in respec with keyboard while combat/ non- combat rather than how to use the allocated skills on the 4 slots.

The answer is no if I am right.

There's no hotkey for changing skills. If you're wondering about all the hotkeys though, here they are:
I:Inventory
M:Toggle Minimap
C:Character Menu
Enter/Return:Type in chat
Up/Down Arrow:Scroll through what you recently typed (While typing in chat)

Numbers 1 to 4 for skills, Spacebar for auto-attacks, arrow keys (or 2-4-6-8 in numpad) for moving and F11 for fullscreen

yes i mean shortcut, not skill assignment. example I for inventory, M for mini map etc.
